1. Stay Hydrated

One of the most important rules in summer is to drink plenty of water. Your body loses a lot of fluids through sweat, especially if you're outdoors or exercising. Aim for at least 8–10 glasses of water a day, and more if you're active.

2. Eat Light and Seasonal
